Workshops & Trainings

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan organizes various training programs and workshops for its teachers, staff, and officers to enhance their professional skills. Workshops, lasting from one to five days, focus on curriculum development, assessment techniques, and classroom management. Short-duration courses support continuous professional development, while in-service courses last for twenty-one to twenty-two days. Refresher courses are conducted for three to five days, and orientation courses last for three days. Induction courses, designed for new recruits, range from seven to ten days. Subject-specific training sessions are also organized. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan encourages teachers to participate in courses, workshops, and modules conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training and the Central Board of Secondary Education.
